Michelangelo Milan launches at Sanctuary Cove’s Ioesco to the dulcet tones of Anthony Callea

WHILE the Michelangelo launch on Tuesday night was all about the drool-worthy, jewel-encrusted handbags, singer Anthony Callea was enlisted to add some extra sparkle.

CC told him we couldn’t wait for his performance.

"Keep drinking that champagne and I’ll sound a lot better,” came his cheeky response.

Surrounded by luxury accessories in Ioesco restaurant, Callea admitted he was “partial to a bit of bling”, although apparently that’s where the diva demands start and end.

The down-to-earth star turned down chauffeurs at Sanctuary Cove and walked to his sound check instead.

While we don’t make a habit of kiss and tell, he was such a sweetheart we couldn’t resist this goodbye peck on the cheek.

Overall, the exclusive brand Michelangelo Milan was a glamorous soiree to welcome chief designer Pichet to an exclusive showing of his latest range.

What sets the bags and shoes apart is that no two items are ever the same, with subtle variations included in the design process to ensure that each piece is totally unique.

Each one has a lifetime guarantee against faults and with a new boutique in Sanctuary Cove headed by Githa Silvester you can now check out the entire range

Thanks for posting. Saw a snippet of Anthony singing The Prayer on Instagram. It sounded just divine

Pretty awesome that people still love and want to hear this song nearly ten years later hey?!
